It is the beginning of Autumn and we have an abundance of feijoas on the trees. 
What a great way of using the resources that we have in our gardens. 

If you chop up the feijoas finely, rather than diced, as the recipe suggests then you will experience the full flavour of the feijoas. 

We appreciated the flavour and the texture of these muffins as they are chewy and crunchy on the top and the muffin itself is moist.
