Cousins from Waikato's Pudding

2 cups of sugar
1 cup of boiling water
3 eggs
200g butter
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup milk
Vanilla
2 Cups Self Raising Flour

Method
1 Caramelize 1 cup of sugar then carefully add boiling water and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Add 1 cup sugar and butter to it and bring to the boil.
3. Then add baking soda and mix. Take off the heat.
Add eggs 1 at a time and keep mixing.
Add milk and vanilla in the mixture
Line a microwave dish with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it.
Microwave for 12 minutes
