Pineapple Pie
PINEAPPLE PIE 
This Pineapple Pie is always devoured by the staff at our school whenever it is made for morning teas.
Base:
6 cups Self Raising Flour
4 Eggs
200g butter
2 cups sugar
Filling: Topping
2 tins of crushed pineapple
4 tins of water
vanilla
1 cup custard powder
300ml fresh cream
sugar
Base
Combine, sugar, eggs and melted butter together. Then add flour to form a dough.
Press in a baking tray and bake for 20min at 180 degrees Celcius.
Leave to cool.
Topping:
Combine all the above except cream and vanilla.
Bring to the boil then add cream and vanilla.
Boil until thick
Pour on the cool base and let it set.
Enjoy.
