My Personal opinion is that baked cheesecake is far superior to the 'Set only' cheesecake.  Click on the above link to discover the recipe we tried.  Unfortunately, due to our limited cooking time, we could not wait until it had completely cooled down before we got to taste it. 
Although it was deliciously warm, the base did not set so was rather crumbly.  I would suggest that if you try this recipe be patient and wait for it to cool completely or eat it the next day.
