Coconut Gulgula
This recipe is an Indian style sweet doughnut. Instead of coconut, you could add mashed banana.
3 cups flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup sugar ( or less)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 cups milk or coconut milk
Mix dry ingredients.
Add, vanilla and mix well with milk. You may need a little more milk.
Rest 10 minutes
Deep fry on medium-low heat
